Poor customer service. Excuse for poor quality work. Showed up 2.5 hours early. Spent 20 minutes cleaning 3 bedrooms and a full living room. Did not remove stains/ odors. (Urine smell ) more concerned about spreading the word on vaccine then task at hand. Never will use ever again!!!
